IVR Voiceover

IVR Voiceovers can help your business

So what is IVR?

IVR stands for interactive voice response. When you call a business and you interact with a menu, the voice you hear is an interactive voice. IVR voiceover is when you hire a voice to record your IVR prompts. These play when someone calls your phone system. It’s a helpful voice that helps you find what you need, when you need it and it makes you feel helped. That is your goal.

But it’s not human, it’s IVR

Yes, you are talking to a computer. Yes, it is not a real person (although a real person records the voice prompts). But here’s the catch: computers and phones have advanced to the point where we can utilize them to reach our goals. That goal is getting your potential customer the information they crave and drive them to your business.

You spend hours crafting your business. You spend effort making sure your message is just-right. When someone calls you and you’re not there to answer it, your phone system needs to pick up the slack. That’s where IVR comes in.

Using IVR, you can direct your caller to the proper area, answering their questions or taking a message to call them back later. Either way, you want to solve their problem as soon as possible. IVR lets you do that.
